Delivery & Returns
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, mistakes do happen and therefore an item may be out of stock when we receive your order. We will contact you if this should happen. We remain at the mercy of suppliers, freight companies, etc, so it's difficult to give an accurate estimate on likely times for re-ordering. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a FULL refund be given, including any original delivery charges. Good must be returned (is already despatched) in the condition that they were sent ie unopened and unused.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number.
All prices include VAT at the rate currently applicable.
